How the season works.
Each Advisory season runs for approximately four months, structured around the VACAY framework. Three touchpoints, one ongoing relationship, and async access in between.
Season Opening Session — 90 minutes · Visualize + Aim
We start each season by stepping back. Where are you? Where are you going? What matters most in the months ahead? We build your seasonal priority document together — your north star for the season.
Between Sessions — Async Support — Ongoing · Conquer
This is where you execute. And where I'm available. Send a voice note when you're stuck, facing a decision, or need to think out loud. Email when you need something in writing. I respond within two business days.
Mid-Season Check-in — 60 minutes · Adapt
At the midpoint, we take the temperature. What's moved? What's shifted? What needs to change for the second half to be stronger than the first? We recalibrate — without judgment, without pretending a straight line was ever the plan.
Season Close — 60 minutes · Yield
We close every season properly. We look at what moved, what you learned, and what you want to carry forward. We celebrate — specifically and genuinely. And we make a clear-eyed decision together about what comes next.

The Advisory is a relationship, not a transaction — so there's a short application process before we begin.

The Advisory is structured around the VACAY framework — it gives the season a clear arc and methodology. It's also seasonal, meaning you evaluate and renew deliberately each season rather than drifting in an open-ended engagement. You're paying for strategic thinking, not accountability calls.
You send a voice note or email when something comes up between sessions — a decision you're wrestling with, something you want a second perspective on, a moment where you're stuck. I respond within two business days, usually with a voice note in return.
Approximately four months. At the end of each season we close properly and make an intentional decision about whether to continue. There's no lock-in beyond one season.
Absolutely — and it's the most natural path. The Intensive gives you a full day to experience how I work and leaves you with a clear seasonal plan. Many Advisory clients start there.
