A seat at the table. A season of real work.
A small, curated group of small business owners — working through the VACAY framework together, with strategic facilitation, honest conversation, and real accountability.
You've been in the rooms that don't work.
The networking groups where everyone performs. The masterminds where advice flies before anyone really understands the problem. The accountability partnerships where you both end up being polite instead of honest.
You know what a good room feels like — because you haven't found one yet.
A room where people bring the real stuff. Where feedback is honest because the trust is real. Where you leave every session thinking differently about your business — not just motivated, but actually clearer.
That's what The VACAY Table is. A small, intentional group working through the VACAY framework together — season after season — building the kind of businesses they actually want to run.
What makes this different.
There are a lot of group programmes out there. Here's what makes The VACAY Table different:
→ It's curated, not open-enrolment. Every member applies. Every cohort is assembled deliberately — for complementary experience, similar stage, and the kind of honesty that makes a room worth being in.
→ It's structured around the VACAY framework. Every session has a purpose. Every member has a seasonal focus. The season has a clear arc — from Visualize through to Yield.
→ The facilitation is strategic, not just supportive. This isn't peer support with a moderator. It's facilitated strategic thinking — with someone who knows how to ask the question that unlocks the room.
→ It closes properly. Every season ends with a Yield session — shared reflection, specific celebration, and an intentional decision about what comes next.
This is for you if —
→ You've outgrown your current support and need people who actually understand what it means to run a business with a team.
→ You do your best thinking in conversation — not alone at your desk, but in a real exchange with people who ask good questions.
→ You want to be challenged, not just supported. You're looking for people who will tell you the truth because they're invested in your success, not just your comfort.
→ You're ready to bring the real stuff — the decisions you're genuinely uncertain about, the challenges you haven't shared with your team.
HOW THE SEASON WORKS
Each VACAY Table season runs for approximately four months, with six virtual sessions structured around the VACAY framework.
Season Opening — Visualize + Aim
The group meets properly for the first time — or reunites for a new season. Every member introduces themselves, walks through the framework, and sets their individual seasonal focus. You leave knowing who's at the table and what you're here to build.
Monthly Session A — Conquer
Our first working session. Wins from the past weeks, a structured hot seat where one or two members bring their real challenge to the group, open discussion, and a close with commitment. The format is consistent — the content is always yours.
Monthly Session B — Conquer
Same structure, different member in the hot seat. By session three, most groups have found a real working trust — conversations go to the places that matter faster.
Monthly Session A — Conquer
Mid-season. We take stock — what's moved, what hasn't, what needs to shift for the second half. Hot seat continues with the depth the season has now built.
Monthly Session B — Conquer
The final working session before the close. Often the most honest — members know each other well enough by now to go to the places that matter.
Season Close — Adapt +Yield
The season is honoured together. Each member reflects on what moved and what they learned. We celebrate specifically. And we consider — is there a next season?
The hot seat — where the real work happens.
Every monthly session includes a hot seat — where one or two members bring a real challenge, decision, or opportunity to the group. It's the part of The VACAY Table that people talk about most.
How it works:
Frame — You bring a real challenge in 2–3 minutes — what's the situation, and what do you actually need from the group?
Clarify — The group asks clarifying questions only — no advice yet. This is where the real question often surfaces.
Discuss — Open discussion — perspectives, challenges, honest input. No obligation to take any of it.
Close — You name the one thing you're taking away. It doesn't have to be a decision. It can be a new question

How to apply.
The VACAY Table starts with an application — because the quality of the room depends entirely on who's in it.
Questions you might have.
Most masterminds are either peer-led without structure, or expert-led without genuine peer exchange. The VACAY Table is both — strategic facilitation from someone who knows the framework, combined with the honesty and accountability of a peer group that actually knows each other. The VACAY framework gives the season direction that most masterminds lack.
Good. The VACAY Table works best with a mix of industries. The most useful peer in the hot seat is often someone who isn't in your world — they ask the questions your industry has conditioned you to stop asking.
We ask for full commitment to all six sessions — because absence affects the whole room, not just you. If something unavoidable comes up, communicate early. We can't replace the session, but we can work around advance notice.
Yes — the Advisory and The VACAY Table serve different needs. The Advisory is your private thinking partnership; The VACAY Table is your peer community. They complement each other well for people who want both dimensions.
The Strategy Intensive might be a better starting point — a focused 1:1 day to get clear before you bring your challenges to a group. Many VACAY Table members start with an Intensive first.
Take your seat at The Table.
Not because it gives you all the answers. But because it gives you people who ask better questions. People who see what you can't. People who are honest with you because they're genuinely invested in what you're building.
That's what a seat at The VACAY Table gives you.
The next cohort is forming now. Applications are open — and there's a seat with your name on it.
